So, I went to a bachelorette party recently and got a funny story out of it. The bride's maid of honor was in charge, and she had done a lovely job putting the party together.
She had invited all the friends of the bride, she had decorated everything beautifully, and she had planned lots of fun bachelorette games. And yet there was one game that turned out to be not such a good idea.
The bride's maid of honor had an idea. She thought it would be funny if everyone drank margaritas for this game and answered questions. If there was a question you didn't want to answer, you had to finish your drink. At first it didn't seem like a bad idea.
It was a large group of girls, and what girl doesn't like gossip and sharing funny stories? However, with some of the questions these ladies were coming up with, halfway through the game the entire place looked like an AA meeting. All the girls were stuck on this game; we didn't move on to one of the other bachelorette games.
Some of them ended up spilling their guts about their husbands or boyfriends while sobbing. It started out as funny stories about men, and now it had become a contest about who had the worst relationship!
Others who hadn't lost their nerve yet tried to console the sobbing girls before tossing in their own stories. "Mama Mirabelle's Home Movies" is a warm-hearted, high-spirited show about a sassy, soulful elephant host named Mama Mirabelle and the young animal characters she cares for on the African savanna. Starring Vanessa Williams as the voice of Mama, the series combines an animated world that preschoolers will want to explore, with stunning wildlife movies from National Geographic and BBC award-winning archives.

The main products from Wild Republic for "Mama Mirabelle's Home Movies" are plush versions of the co-stars of the movie, Max the elephant, Karla the zebra, Bo the cheetah and Mama Mirabelle herself. The products build upon the unique positioning of the series, which looks at the natural world from a preschooler's perspective. The plush will be distributed by National Geographic Kids Entertainment in both domestic and international markets.
